Hiiiii. I have art for you. ♥

I bet Athos has weird mythological animals too. I mean, come on, a horse with a goat's beard, a lion's tail, and cloven hooves? A lion with a human head and a scorpion tail? A racoon dog body with the head of a monkey, legs of a tiger, and a snake instead of a tail? Unbelievable. :3

But I realized afterwards that you'd probably have to be on a certain planet to be able to see a certain configuration of stars. Oh well?

I love the contrast between the subdued nighttime colors and the vibrant luminescent(?) floating(?) seedpods(?).

Haha, I actually didn't know what those things were either while I was drawing this picture, but eventually I just decided they were seed pods that glow in the dark. :3

I think I'm in love with this. I love everything, the colors, the constellations, and especially, the orange colored things and oh, Rodney is so Rodney, and everyone is so so lovely. Absolutely gorgeous.

He's very busy making sure they are not going to be attacked by the seed pods!! Maybe after he's satisfied that they're safe, hypoallergenic, and not going to spit acid all over everyone, he'll sit down and join them. :3

Haha, you are the first person to notice this. ;) At first I wanted to draw Ronon dozing but then I was like, "Oh no, nobody is paying attention to poor Teyla who is trying to explain the constellations!" so I drew Ronon awake and alertly listening instead.

That is completely gorgeous, honey. I love the splash of orange in the foreground, and the way the three people there are shaded; the contrast is wonderful. There's so much mood to the piece. And I love the critters. ;) People come up with some wonderful, wacky stuff; I'm sure Pegasus people would be no different in that regard.

Hee, when I was designing the critters I worried a bit about whether they were, y'know, too out there, but then I looked up "chimera" in Wikipedia and found our own crazy mythological animals, so--yep! I'm glad you like them!! :D

I love how Teyla, John and Ronon are kicking back an relaxing, looking at the constellations Teyla's describing in her uber-cool way, while Rodney's off being all sciencey and officious and stuff.

This is gorgeous! I love the contrasts in colors, and the shapes floating up into the air. (It makes it look so natural, even though they're BRIGHT ORANGE CIRCLE THINGS.)
