Again I say, if you haven't been reading Mina de Malfois, you are missing out:

D'you have a cafepress store or something similar where I could direct people?

I just started reading Mina yesterday (took me long enough), and I've already resorted to sneaking it at work. It's hilarious. I was toying with the notion of doing some fanart myself, though I'm kind of short on time right now.
I've been missing your artwork, it's great to "see" you again. (I've been giving some thought to those comic recs again; writing them up would make a nice break from job search hell.)

Oh, oh, also, random rec time--you know what yuri artist you might possibly like? Minami Q-ta, at Lililicious (http://www.lililicious.net/projects.php?ctg=3). Her stories are really, really sweet and her art is so loose and good and ggghhh I'm really fond of her work.
(Man, I should get those recs organized. *pokes around in her folders*)

Ooh, I'll definitely check her out. (You certainly have me sussed, don't you? Not that it's difficult.) Thank you very much for the rec!

I hope I'm not spamming.
More on the art show here (http://www.escapadecon.net/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=6&bid=27&btitle=Con%20Information&meid=4).
From the organizer:
"You don't even need to be at the con to put
things in the art show; you can mail them in or send them with a
friend who's coming. You give us your stuff, we do all the work of
displaying and selling it, and you go home with fame and fortune! Or
you can designate one or more of your pieces to be sold for the
benefit of the convention charity, Good Hearted People/JobSmart. It's
that simple."
Please feel to pass this info on to any fan artists you know.
