Eee, I'm really thrilled that you like it! (The picture got away from the story a bit, and I feel bad about that, so I figure I owe you a proper illustration. So, if you like, I could do an illo for any of your stories, your choice, whenever you want to claim it?)

I just found this comment when I was cleaning out my inbox (14000 messages, OH MY GOD) and I am so glad I did. That is the nicest offer ever, and I would love to take you up on it. I feel weird demanding, "Draw something for this!" though. Can I just give you free reign to illustrate whatever strikes your fancy? Or do you prefer to be directed? (I know how that is; sometimes prompts are wonderful.)

Which is a very rambly way of saying: yes, yes, anything you want to draw for or near me would be wonderful. *g* And I really did print out cowboy John and hang him on my wall.
