girl!Rodney is just a very angry lesbian because girl!John dyed her hair wrong again, so she has that, "GOD NOT AGAIN!" look. lol

(Oh no, do you think Meredith's hair is too light? It turned lighter when I was trying to fix the saturation but I don't have Photoshop on this computer so I can't fix it yet.) :x

Oh no! It actually looks really nice! lol I was just adding some McKay/Sheppard Mind-Thinking Commentary. Meredith's expression is just so McKay. But no, the hair looks REALLY nice. :)
